Digital audit
Guests form an impression of your venue long before they reach the door: on maps, in reviews, on your website and in the booking chat. We follow that path as a guest deciding where to go and show you where it breaks off.
What we look at
- Map listings. Address, entrance, opening hours, phone number and photos. Does the information match across different services and your website?
- Reviews. What guests write, which complaints keep coming up, and whether and how the venue responds.
- Website and online menu. Does the menu open on a phone, are prices up to date, is it clear how to book?
- Booking. Does the button or Telegram link work, what happens after a request is sent, does a confirmation arrive?
- Delivery. If you work with delivery apps, we check your listing, food photos and descriptions.
Why inconsistencies hurt more than mistakes
If your website says you're open until midnight and the map says eleven, guests won't try to find out which is right. They'll pick a place where everything is clear. A single mismatch like this can cost more than slow service, because the guest simply never reaches you.
Linked to the visit
The most useful findings come from where online meets the dining room. If reviews keep mentioning long waits for the bill, we build that moment into the mystery guest visit scenario. If a window table was promised at booking, we check that evening whether the promise was kept.
What you get
- A prioritised list of inconsistencies and errors for each channel.
- An analysis of recurring complaints in reviews, with recommendations on how to respond.
- The guest journey from search to booking, with every point where they might drop off marked.
- A fix plan: what to correct within a day and what within a week.
Who it's for
New venues entering the market, chains whose location listings haven't been checked in a long time, and hotels that receive guests through several booking channels.
FAQ
Do you need access to our accounts?
No. We look at everything the way an ordinary guest does: public listings, reviews, your website and the booking chat.
Which maps and services do you check?
The ones guests use to find you: maps, review services, your website, Telegram and delivery apps if you work with them. We agree on the list during the briefing.
Can we order a digital audit without a visit?
Yes, but it is most useful alongside a mystery guest audit: what we find online goes into the visit scenario.
