Industries: who we audit

Every business has its own points where guests slip away. Below is what we look at in different formats. We build the checklist for your venue at the briefing.

Restaurants and restaurant chains

Welcome, menu knowledge, recommendations, speed of service, order of courses and payment. For chains, a single standard and identical visit scenarios let you compare venues with each other rather than with an ideal. We also check bill transparency: whether guests are told about the service charge in advance.

Chaikhanas (teahouses) and national cuisine

What matters here is speed at lunchtime, handling large groups, serving tea and bread, the order of dishes and attention to each guest in a busy room. The checklist for this format isn't a copy of the restaurant one: it has different target times and different critical moments.

Coffee shops and fast food

Speed at the counter, order accuracy, cleanliness and suggesting an extra item. Visits are short, but they can be run more often and used to compare shifts.

Franchises

Whether you run a franchised business or sell franchises, the brand standard must be followed at every location. We audit partners using the same scenario and give you a consolidated view of the network.

Hotels and guesthouses

Booking, confirmation, transfer, check-in, the room, breakfast, how reception handles requests and check-out. In Samarkand and Bukhara, we can also check how staff look after international guests, by agreement.

Hammams, bathhouses and spas

The administrator's welcome, clarity of services and prices, cleanliness of changing rooms and relaxation areas, keeping to session times, the attendant's work and additional services. We pay special attention to hygiene: this is a critical section.

Shops and retail chains

Greeting customers, advice, product knowledge, handling objections, checkout speed and returns. For chains, we compare stores and shifts.

Beauty salons and fitness

Booking by phone and via messengers, punctuality, advice from the stylist or trainer, cleanliness, and offering memberships and treatments without pressure.

Car dealerships

Welcome in the showroom, identifying the customer's needs, presenting the car, the test drive, offering finance and insurance, and follow-up after the visit.

Clinics

Booking, waiting times, how the administrator communicates, how clearly the doctor explains things and how the patient is treated at every stage. In healthcare, we agree scenarios with particular care.

How to choose a format

For most businesses, we start with a mystery guest audit and a mystery call: together they show both the first contact and the visit itself. If you don't have a standard yet, we start by developing one.
