Where we work
Most of our work is in Tashkent and in the tourist cities of Samarkand and Bukhara. We cover other cities on request, including for chains with venues in several regions.
Main cities
Tashkent
The capital and the country's largest market: business restaurants, restaurant chains, international hotels, shopping malls, salons and fitness clubs.
Samarkand
Tourist hospitality: hotels, restaurants and guesthouses where the welcome given to international guests matters most. A format of its own: the Silk Road Samarkand tourist complex.
Bukhara
The old town, boutique hotels and guesthouses, restaurants serving tour groups, and medieval hammams that are still in use today.
Other cities on request
Namangan, Andijan, Fergana, Nukus, Karshi, Termez, Khiva and Urgench. We agree the timeline for recruiting mystery guests and the price for each city separately: in the regions, both depend on the number of visits and travel.
Chains across several cities
If you have venues in different cities, we build a single checklist and run every visit to the same scenario. That way you can fairly compare your Tashkent venue with your Samarkand one, rather than with some abstract ideal.
